Casa Rosa is in Turanj, a small village on the coastal road between Sveti Filip i Jakov and Biograd na Moru, about 22 km south of Zadar. The house is 50 metres from the sea and the beach is just a few minutes on foot.

Turanj stretches along 4 km of the Pašman Channel coast and is linked to Sveti Filip i Jakov by a seaside promenade. Just offshore lies a small archipelago of 16 islets, including heart-shaped Galešnjak.
