Getting here
Where exactly is Casa Rosa and how far is the sea?
We are in Turanj, on the coast road between Sveti Filip i Jakov and Biograd na Moru, about 20 km south of Zadar. The sea and the nearest beach are a few minutes on foot from the house.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking in our own courtyard, one space per apartment, right at the house. No need to look for a spot in the street.
What is there to do nearby?
Biograd na Moru with its marina and old town is 5 km away and Zadar about 20 km. Boat trips to the Kornati islands leave from Biograd, Vransko jezero nature park is close by, and Krka national park makes a comfortable day trip.
Your stay
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 9:00 AM. If your travel times are different, let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you.
How many people can stay in one apartment?
Each apartment takes a maximum of four guests. A small child can sometimes be accommodated by prior arrangement — please ask when you enquire.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not. We do not accept pets in either apartment.
Can I smoke?
Not inside the apartments. Smoking on the terrace is fine.

What is in the apartments?
Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, free WiFi, TV and a private terrace with a sea view. Bed linen is included; towels are available on request.
How do I book?
Through the booking form on our home page. Choose the apartment and your dates, fill in your details and send — we reply personally to every enquiry.
